Bravo! That was fucking awesome!
I'm a huge fan of games from the Atari and Nintendo eras (Although I wasn't around at the time to get to play them without Emulators) and this put a smile on my face in the beginning. As the movie progressed, my smile faded - quickly. This movie is brutal, and somehow just fun to watch. I felt like I was having an out of body experience while playing a convoluted sequel to Phantasy Star. The movie felt short, but having seen around five minutes or so pass, I understand it was the perfect length. The music and art work perfect together, although half the time I had no fucking idea what was happening (Or was confused trying to read some of the secret broken text or catch glimpses of random things popping in).
Overall you and Zip earned all five of my stars. This movie will have a happy place in my favorites no doubt. I can't wait to see your next piece of work.
same here I love 8bit graphics and even 4bit graphics but I grew up with super nintendo and Mega Drive so I never playied them as a kid. zip zippers music is fantastic whenever I send an animation to him to put music too I get excited waiting to hear what he comes up with. some people are saying it's too short but i think thats just a good sign that they didn't want it to end cause i think 6 minutes is perfect for a flash animation haha. thanks for the review :) love reading these and seeing what people have to say about it
I'm just a regular guy who likes to express his opinions. I enjoy retro games and modern games and I also enjoying making games. I like to make music and some models as well. I like to make Flash Games as a hobby
